i have been blessed the past two years to spend a lot of time with my twin nieces, photographing them, playing with them, going on field trips with them. and they are both CRAZY about minnie mouse and mickey mouse, so one of the field trips we take quite often is minnie and mickey’s house, better known to adults as disneyland! these pictures are from our most recent adventures at disneyland and the twins had a blast! all that happiness and joy is contagious and so us adults were infected by the happiness and joy in the kids as inspired by the happiest place on earth.

i never thought this would happen to me but i actually am on my SECOND year long pass to disneyland! lol see you there!

i met another great family last week and photographed them in santa monica at the beach and the pier. everyone had fun, and we got shots of everyone! they were such a joy and i’m grateful they found me.

this year, i did a lot of donating for various client’s charities’ silent auctions and last weekend i met another lovely family that way. we met at the beach, where there is a beautiful outcropping of rocks which works so well with large groups of people. and there were a lot of people in this family. three generations and lots of fun was captured for them.

being so close to the holidays brings out the happy in people and contributes to being able to capture that happiness.
