rebecca is one of my best friends and she got her dog, buddy, the same time i got my kitty, georgie petunia. they are both 13 this year. i hadn’t photographed rebecca and buddy for many years, and we decided to do it again. you can plainly see the love between them

i spent this thanksgiving in pennsylvania with my sister and her husband and their three dogs and assorted family and friends. it was a blast and my sister and i got to cook together which was a hoot! check out the pictures of her dogs, they’re hilarious!!!!

a couple of weeks ago a friend of my husband’s adopted two tiny kittens, brothers, oscar and felix, and i got to photograph them. boy are they funny and silly! they like to wrestle which is hilarious, and their favorite toy is a long wire with cardboard pieces at either end. they play with it at the same time – also hilarious!! i love baby animals, and most especially tiny kittens )

for those of you who don’t yet know the joys of pet ownership, there are so many wonderful cats and dogs in shelters that would love to go home with you and lavish you with unconditional love!!!!! adopt a pet this holiday season!!!!!
