call me old fashioned, but i still love black and white photos more than anything else. there’s something so timeless and classy about them. see for yourself.

i was getting photos together for a client and in the process, i came across some recent shots of other adorable children. i just can’t get enough of their perfect little smiles.

about a week ago i had the occasion to be at the ritz carlton, laguna, for a morning and i spent some of the time photographing my 3 year old twin nieces on their beautiful grounds and on the beach. we walked down many stairs and beautiful pathways to the shore and back.

i’ve been photographing this family for several years and it’s always a treat to see them!! this year we did their holiday family pictures in a park where the two boys had a great time running around, playing in the grass and finding the ants on the big tree trunks – lol. i hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season and don’t forget to have your family photographed for the wonderful holiday cards going out to all your friends and family!! please feel free to leave a comment, i love hearing from you!

when you’re looking to photograph your child, consider going somewhere that would be fun for him/her. you’ll get pictures of them being themselves, which is, after all, the goal!!
